Liam Maher (he/him) is a Philadelphia-based art historian, violinist, pianist, vocalist, and organizer. He is the current Visiting Assistant Professor of art history at The College of New Jersey. Liam holds a PhD in art history from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art & Architecture, a master’s in art history from the University of Oregon, and a bachelor’s in art history and political science with honors at the University of Notre Dame. His research examines queerness, Catholicism, and anti-coloniality in twentieth and twenty-first century Latin American & Latine art.
