This EP began as a recording project for my mother, who asked me to send her some voice memos of my violin practice sessions. She expressed nostalgia for the days I lived at home and would be preparing for recitals, and thus the idea of memory became intimately tied to this work.

I compiled a repertoire list with some old and new pieces, all of which explore themes of love, nostalgia, and memories. Special thanks are owed to Temple University’s Boyer College of Music & Dance student sound technicians, as well as photographer Ryder Griffith, who helped bring these recordings to life.
